What if the life that you want is hard to even visualize? What if things are so bad that you just can't find the path?
What if the road is too long?
The answer to this question is simple. It's a mindset shift that you need to make.
Stop focussing your energy on where you are NOT, and focus on what you CAN DO to make a change. By "make a change" I mean make a very SMALL change and then another and another....
You might be at the rock bottom when you read this. You may be at ANOTHER rock bottom that is lower than the last one.
You may think that the road is too hard and the journey is too long. You don't know what to do.
Does this sound familiar?
Don't worry. You aren't alone.
There is a way out and it STARTS with a simple mindset shift.
Here is the shift: Make a change and you win.
That's it. Make one little change. Make a good food choice. Buy a good book. Take a walk. Do something TODAY and be proud. Take one small step. A journey of 1000 miles starts will a lean in a direction.
I teach people each day to keep it simple. I like the 1-2-3-4 viewpoint.
Start with number ONE. Start with you. Value yourself as a human and make YOU your number one priority.
YOU are the most important person in the world.
CALL TO ACTION: Look at yourself in the mirror each day, nod your head and say, "I got this". Simple. Keep it simple.
You need to understand that your journey has TWO components: The how and the why.
The why is the most important.
CALL TO ACTION: Ask yourself these THREE questions and give yourself a score of 0-100 on each one:
1. How do I look?
2. How do I feel?
3. How and I performing in life?
How do you feel about your score? Now that you have accessed yourself you need to get to work and make TINY improvements in the following FOUR areas (this is your HOW):
1. Movement. You need to get out of breath each and every day.
CALL TO ACTION: Get out of breath today!
2. Nourishment. What you eat will determine who you are. If you eat nothing but crap you will be crap. Sorry to be so harsh, but it is true. Eat better to be better.
CALL TO ACTION: Cut out something that you know is bad. Soda is a good start. Candy, pastries and alcohol are also good places to start.
3. Mindset. The way you think will determine how you act and your actions determine what and who you are.
CALL TO ACTION: Get and READ a good personal development book. Message me if you want some suggestions. "Awaken the Giant Within" by Tony Robbins is one of my favorites. Remember to focus on small changes. SMALL CHANGES.
4. Supplementation. Good quality supplements can and will help you to feel better physically. There are no magic pills to change your life but a good cleanse can help with the process.
CALL TO ACTION: Click the link above and get yourself some personalized vitamins.
Nothing, NOT ONE THING, that I mentioned in the paragraphs above is hard. It's all simple and easy stuff. It's all stuff that you can do TODAY.
If you think that road is too hard, and you keep quitting because you are frustrated, or you don't know what you do, or you keep making excuses then you need to shift your mindset.
Stop focussing on how far you have to go. Stop focussing on other people. Stop blaming the world for your problems. Stop being a victim. Just stop.
There are no shortcuts to living a fit life and there is no finish line. The secret to living a fit life is that you need to get up each and every day and make efforts to be just a little bit better.
Small steps. Every day. That is how you live a fit life. Is it that simple? Yes. It. Is.
Take a small action today to become a better human. Repeat this process every single day and you will be living the fit life.
You can do it. I have faith in you.
