If someone asked me for that ONE piece of fitness advice that would make the most impact... what would I say?

I would say this: Stop looking for ONE piece of advice.

True health is an everyday, for the rest of your life, process.

It will change.

It will evolve.

What works today won't work tomorrow.

Sometimes the easiest answer is the hardest solution and that is tough to hear sometimes.

If you want results sure there are lot's of "one liners" that I can give you but the reality is very few one dimensional strategies work long term.

So if you are looking for that one piece of advice then here it is: Stop looking for the one size fits all solution and get to work on changing that person in the mirror.

CALL TO ACTION: Go! Just go.
