In 2018 we founded Empower Meal Prep (originally The Fit Life Meals), which has become the fastest growing meal prep and delivery service in Florida. Our commitment to quality, customer service and doing things the right way has allowed us to, not just succeeded, but THRIVE in an industry that didn't exist just a few short years ago.

Now we are just as excited to serve the community in a different capacity as coaches and mentors.
